The upcoming season represents the next step in the orchestra’s return to its rightful place as a pillar of the Kitchener-Waterloo cultural community. It is impossible to overstate the contributions the players have made since September of 2023, taking on every role of governance, logistics, planning, and fundraising, while simultaneously sharing their astonishing craft and musicianship in  series of brilliant concerts. They kept this ship afloat until reinforcements were found.

And so now, on the cusp of the 2025-26 season, we are a robust organization, with an active and determined board, a growing administration, and the resources to continue the ensemble’s climb back to viability and significance. As such, this season represents an important step forward. Please join us on our journey, and support the KWS!
