Marketing Coordinator
Part-time: 15 hours/week. $24/hour. Start date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
The KWS is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support audience development and communications during a period of growth. Reporting to the Communications Manager and Executive Director, you will coordinate campaigns, manage our digital communications, and keep our brand consistent across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email, ticket sales, fundraising, and subscriber growth
- Track analytics and analyze audience development
- Manage digital communications, including website updates and social media
- Handle media relations and draft press releases
- Maintain brand consistency and coordinate content across platforms
- Assist with print and production for programs and signage
- Support partnership development and community engagement
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, arts administration, public relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Understanding of audience analytics and reporting
Arts sector experience, website management and SEO knowledge, graphic design skills, and media production experience are assets.
